Through a mix of in-depth activities and reflective exercises, the workshop provides a thorough exploration of essential life skills, allowing for a more profound and sustained impact on personal and academic growth.
In this comprehensive year-long EASE (Emotional, Academic and Social Learning) curriculum designed for schools, students experience a holistic and sustained approach to personal development. We have carefully structured modules, spanning Learning How to Learn to Self-awareness, interpersonal skills, resilience and lifestyle, participants engage in a continuous journey of growth. The curriculum integrates practical applications, real-world scenarios, and ongoing assessments to ensure a deep understanding and internalisation of crucial life skills.
This extended duration allows for the organic development of a positive and supportive school culture, laying the groundwork for lasting personal and academic success.

Our Framework

Our curriculum is based on the evidence-based CASEL framework (Collaborative for Academic Social and Emotional Learning). It is an award-winning curriculum framework that provides a foundation to use evidence-based SEL strategies in ways that are most meaningful to their local context

Learning how to learn is the ability to understand and manage one's own learning process. It involves being aware of their learning preferences, strategies, and habits, and then actively applying effective techniques to acquire and retain information. It's like having a set of tools and strategies that help you navigate the process of gaining knowledge more efficiently. It includes skills like setting goals, planning, organizing, using different study techniques, and reflecting on the learning process.
The goal is to empower students to become more independent, adaptable learners who can thrive in various learning environments and continue to learn throughout their lives. It's essentially giving them the skills to be lifelong learners.
In the dynamic landscape of education, Emotional Intelligence is not just an asset; it's a necessity. It lays the foundation for a supportive and inclusive school culture, where students feel heard and valued. It is a skill set that empowers students to navigate life with resilience and empathy.
Components of Emotional Intelligence:

Self-awareness: Helping students understand and manage their emotions

Social awareness: Fostering empathy and an understanding of others' emotions

Self-regulation: Equipping students with tools to manage stress and handle challenges

Interpersonal skills: Developing effective communication and collaboration abilities

Intrapersonal skills: Encouraging self-motivation and a positive mindset.

In the ever-evolving theatre of education, Emotional Intelligence isn't just a supporting act; it's the lead performer. It sets the stage for a school culture where every student's story is heard and celebrated.
Our third pillar centers around developing robust decision-making skill, a crucial asset in navigating the complexities of life.
The ability to make sound decisions is a superpower in today's world of confusion and comparison. EASE curriculum recognise that fostering this skill is not just an educational goal, it's a life skill that shapes successful and fulfilled individuals.
Our last pillar centers on cultivating a healthy lifestyle and positive habits—a holistic approach essential for navigating the complexities of the modern era. In the age where infinite information flows incessantly, and demands on young minds are ever-growing, understanding and cultivating a healthy lifestyle is not just beneficial—it's crucial. The habits formed today shape the leaders and innovators of tomorrow.

Creating healthy lifestyle and habits create routine that provide students stable anchor in the world of unpredictability. It also empowers them with tools to deal with stress, distraction, and with relevant and practical knowledge to choose healthier and active lifestyle.

What different stakeholders have to say about us...

Principal Parents Students Professional

“I wholeheartedly appreciate the EASE curriculum introduced by Habit Mantra at Royale Concorde International School. In today's educational landscape, school teachers are undeniably occupied with the rigorous academic syllabus and discipline enforcement. This leaves limited room for them to provide the emotional support that students often need.

EASE by Habit Mantra fills a crucial void by offering students a safe and supportive platform. It not only imparts valuable Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) skills but also creates an environment where students feel comfortable sharing their personal challenges and concerns. I believe that this holistic approach to education is the need of the hour and paves the way for our students to develop into well-rounded, emotionally intelligent individuals. Once again, thank you for the introduction of the EASE curriculum, which I believe will have a lasting and positive impact on our student's lives”

School Principal, Royal Concorde International School (Begur), Bengaluru

"We are immensely grateful to Habit Mantra for the transformation I have witnessed in my younger sister. When she initially joined the program, she was grappling with severe social anxiety, lacked focus on academics, and had an overwhelming addiction to technology, spending over 14 hours a day on her tablet. However, the changes we've observed are nothing short of astonishing. She has taken charge of her life, demonstrating a newfound sense of responsibility and discipline. She's not only assisting our mother but also excelling in her studies, completing assignments diligently, and attending school regularly. Most significantly, her screen time has significantly decreased.

This positive shift in Sneha's life is a testament to the invaluable support and guidance provided by Habit Mantra. We couldn't be happier with her progress, and we're excited about her promising future."

Guardian (Student, 10th)

"Habit Mantra has been a hope and guiding light for our beloved daughter. When she first joined, her life was marred by confusion, anxiety, and a severe lack of direction. Her academics were suffering, and sleepless nights were a common occurrence. We were genuinely concerned.

However, the transformation we've witnessed is remarkable. Today, she has not only secured admission to a prestigious university but she's also undergone a profound personal evolution. The program's guidance has instilled in her a sense of self-discipline that we couldn't have imagined a year ago. Her anxiety attacks have significantly reduced, and she's managing her emotions better."

Parent (Student, 12th)

Kind of helped me get over the fear of my first board exams. I've been taught new study techniques which would be highly effective. I got to understand what mistakes I've been making while studying.

I have been in a quiet mind mess recently, a lot of on and offs. Habit Mantra sessions have taught me to be present in the present. I have given up my negative attitude and become positive. The sessions are extremely empowering for me. I always keep looking up for the upcoming sessions

Sohag, Class 12

The mentors have helped me through my worst phases and made me believe in myself again. I was able to break my old toxic habit cycles with their help. If in case I do fall back into those cycles, the mentors are always there to help me whenever I reach out. I have been helped throughout personal problems and academic issues alike. So glad to be a part of the Habit Mantra family 💗

Surbhi, Class 12

"As a seasoned Mental Health Counsellor, I've witnessed the growing demand for Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) among teenagers in India. Today's youth need a dedicated platform to openly share their concerns, dreams, and challenges. It was heartening to see that Habit Mantra recognized this need and was committed to filling the gap in our education system.

The journey of Habit Mantra is indeed remarkable. Starting as a modest initiative, it has transformed into a nurturing and impactful force that has provided guidance and support to 1000+ teens. What stands out for me is their focus on building meaningful connections with each student, embracing feedback, and continuously improving their work. Their programs, rooted in collaborative academic, social, and emotional learning, will undoubtedly be beneficial for schools and families."
