Career Assessment (For Grades 10 to 12)
Find the ideal career options for you based on your interests and aptitude
What is Career Assessment?
Students can take the Stream Assessment through an online test at home.
The test usually takes 60-90 minutes
Its design uses psychometric tools and career counseling methodologies to evaluate the student on five key dimensions:
- Orientation Style (how they approach learning and problem-solving)
- Personality (the student’s traits, preferences, and characteristics)
- Aptitude (skills and abilities in areas like logic, numerical ability, and verbal reasoning)
- Interest (fields and activities the student enjoys)
- Emotional Intelligence (how well the student understands and manages emotions, especially in social settings
After completing the assessment, students receive a detailed report that outlines their strengths, preferences, areas of improvement. It includes:
- Suggested career paths that align with the student’s profile.
- A breakdown of why those career paths are suitable, based on their assessment scores.
- Recommendations for further exploration, such as subjects to focus on in school, extracurricular activities, or skill-building exercises
How can it help me?
Unlike generalized advice, our Career Assessment is tailored to each student’s unique abilities and interests
It helps students discover more about themselves, including their learning style, how they interact with others, and what work environments they might thrive in
The report shows students how their strengths align with certain careers, and how to prepare for those fields academically
It includes information about which educational paths align with the suggested careers, including which subjects to choose in school, what degrees or certifications might be required, and even potential universities
The assessment includes emerging careers and fields that are relevant in today’s rapidly evolving job market
It streamlines long-term career planning, allowing parents and students to work together on setting achievable goals
The assessment reduces the anxiety and uncertainty that many students face when choosing a career.
It gives them a clearer sense of direction, backed by data and expert insights
Peace of Mind for Parents
It encourages a collaborative decision-making process between parents and students

A roadmap for success:
It helps parents see the bigger picture, including what steps are needed academically and professionally to reach certain career goals.
Reducing peer pressure and societal expectations:

It ensures that their child’s career path aligns with their natural abilities and interests, increasing the chances of future success and fulfillment
Peace of mind comes from thoughtful and personalized evaluation of their child’s future.
It reduces anxiety around stream selection, ensuring that the student is on the right track academically and professional
SDS Interest Assessment (USA) ( For Grade 6 onwards)
Self-Directed Search (SDS) is a widely recognized tool designed to help individuals, including students, discover careers that align with their interests, abilities, and personal preferences
What is Interest Assessment?
It is a career assessment and exploration tool that matches your aspirations, activities, and talents to the career choices and educational opportunities that fit you best
It is based on Dr. John Holland’s theory, which categorizes people and work environments into six broad areas of interest
The SDS is an easy-to-complete questionnaire that asks students about the activities they enjoy, the skills they think they possess, and the types of occupations they might be interested in.
How can it help me?
After completing the assessment, students are matched with careers or study areas that fit their top interest categories, making it easier for them to choose paths that will bring them long-term satisfaction
Career Counseling: After receiving the SDS results, students and parents can meet with career counselors to discuss the findings in more detail. This helps ensure that the results are well-understood and that the student can explore the recommended career options further
Educational Planning: The results provide insights into which academic subjects or activities may be most beneficial for the student to pursue, helping to shape their education in a way that supports their career goals
Setting Goals: The assessment helps students and parents create clear, actionable goals for both academic and career planning.
By knowing the types of careers the student is likely to enjoy, they can begin to take steps toward internships, extra-curricular activities, or skills development.
Peace of Mind for Parents
For parents, it provides a structured, evidence-based way to support their child’s career exploration, making the entire decision-making process smoother and more informed.
It ensures that their child is considering careers that suit their strengths and preferences, reducing the likelihood of them making poor or uninformed decisions.
It provides reassurance that their child is following a path that is scientifically validated, making it less likely that they will face frustration or dissatisfaction later on.
It encourages open, supportive conversations between parents and children about career goals, helping families work together toward a bright future
Parents can trust that the recommendations are grounded in a proven theory of career development, helping to guide their child toward the right path.
